About Me

I am a Chartered Physiotherapist graduating from Brunel University London in 2016.

 

Currently I split my working week between Guide Physiotherapy and working as a senior musculoskeletal Physiotherapist at Jersey General Hospital where I work alongside Orthopedic consultants in the management of patients with various musculoskeletal issues. I am also presently the head Physiotherapist for the Jersey Bulls Football Club.

 

Prior to moving to Jersey in 2017 I was working within the NHS at Kingston Hospital and Privately at Westminster Physiotherapy and Pilates Centre. Before qualifying as a Physiotherapist, I worked as a personal trainer for Nuffield Health in London for 15 years.

 

At Guide Physiotherapy you will be provided with exercise focused, patient centered care. Your treatment will focus around exercise, education and self-management strategies, I want you to take an active role in your recovery while I guide you along the way to recovery.
